We are a fun, friendly, peer 2 peer meditation group
Somos duo Lingo en español e inglés cuando los hispanohablantes están presentes

All times GMT

1. Monday To Friday @ 06:30AM
You can join at 06:30 AM  and stay for as little or as long as you want. We finish at 07:15AM

​

2. Monday To Friday:@ 12:30pm (Every Tuesday Mindful lunch)

​

3.Monday Night Plum Village Sangha @ 19:00
 

4. Saturday sit @ 09:30 AM

What Do We Practice

The majority of our practices are silent

​

Our favourite teachers are: Thich Nhat Hahns’ style of Zen and Robert Burbea however we love to try any new practise

​

Our purpose is to enjoy our good feelings and reduce suffering through breathing, noting, walking, eating & listening meditations.

​

Tuesday we do mindful lunch and we normally have lots of meta all week

​

The benefits of healthy group habits can not be overstated in personal and work life. See authors such as:

Stephen Covey (The 7 Habits)  and James Clear (Atomic habits)

​

However the group or "Sangha" has special meaning in the world of meditation. It is easier to entering concentration whilst meditating in a group. And the lone meditator is less likely to meditate as much.

​

The lunchtime session gives the opportunity for total rest
Uniquely it allows the meditator to return to their desk alert & be acutely aware of the essential thing they need to do to make their day a success.
